To find the cost of shipping for an item(s) just add the item(s) to your online shopping cart by pressing the "Add to Cart" button. View your online shopping cart by clicking the "View Cart" button on the top right hand side of the screen. Underneath the items you should see a "Calculate Shipping" button. You will need to fill out all of the fields (even if you put N/A) and the website will show all the available shipping methods and their associated costs.
Our orders are downloaded once a day, usually before 9 am EST. If you place an order after the morning download we will not receive it until the next business day. Most, but not all orders ship within 2 business days after downloading. Engraving adds 3-4 business days to the processing time. Please keep in mind that we do get backed up during the holidays.
We offer a variety of shipping options:
First Class Mail: This is only available for packages weighing less than 13 oz. This service is through the United States Postal Service and takes 1-2 weeks. This service does not guarantee tracking information.
Priority Mail: This service is offered by the United States Postal Service and takes 3-5 business days (unless it is shipping to an APO, FPO, DPO, Alaska, or Hawaii). This service does not guarantee tracking information.
Ground: Ground service can be shipped through the United States Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS. Ground service takes 3-8 business days. Tracking information may or may not be available for this method. This service does deliver on Saturdays.
Three Day Select: This service is offered through FedEx. Tracking is guaranteed for this service. This service is not available to Hawaii or Alaska. This guarantees delivery by 7pm in three business days (does not include weekends, the shipping day is not included in the 3 business days).
2nd Day Air: This service is offered through FedEx. Tracking is guaranteed for this service. This service is available in some areas of Hawaii and Alaska. This service guarantees delivery by 7pm in 2 business days (does not include weekends). Saturday delivery is available for an additional charge.
Next Day Air: This service is offered through FedEx. Tracking is guaranteed for this service. This service is available in some areas of Hawaii and Alaska. This service guarantees delivery before 7pm in 1 business day (does not include weekends). Saturday delivery is available for an additional charge.
FedEx Freight: This service can only deliver within the North American continent. Items shipped via FedEx Freight cannot be shipped overseas. FedEx Freight service can take anywhere from 1-14 business days for delivery, there is no express service available. Someone MUST BE AVAILABLE to sign for the package. If the item is shipping to a residential address, a FedEx representative will call to set up a date for delivery. Please provide an accurate phone number on your order. If the item is being shipped to a commercial address, FedEx will deliver anytime within normal business hours (M-F, 9-5). All packages shipped via FedEx Freight need to be inspected BEFORE THEY ARE SIGNED FOR. If there is any damage or defects to the item, it must be noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery, otherwise we cannot file a damage claim.
This option is available for most orders. This does not affect the shipping time, it only affects the processing time. This option does not make your order download any faster. Selecting "rush processing" will move your order to the front of the line once we process it so it is the first to be picked, packed, and shipped. This option does not guarantee that the order will ship the next business day.

We do not require a signature for delivery. If you feel you need to require a signature please contact us.
Duties and Taxes
Your country may or may not charge additional duties and taxes on your order. These taxes are not covered by your shipping fees and are yours to pay. We recommend contacting your local customs office to determine which items, if any, will be subject to import taxes. We are required by law to declare the full commercial value of the all the goods in the shipment and clearly label all tobacco. If you refuse your order because of the duties and taxes your government may still require us to pay the taxes in order for them to release the items back to us. If this is the case Cheap Ammo Cans reserves the right to charge your payment method for the cost of the duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.
If you select FedEx International shipping and you allow them to broker for you, they will charge you a brokerage fee. This fee is not included in your shipping and handling fee. It comes directly from FedEx and we have no control over it If you refuse a shipment because of high duties and taxes you will still be responsible for paying this brokerage fee.
If you refuse a shipment due to taxes or if your country refuses a shipment due to their import laws items will be refunded less shipping (both ways) and any taxes your government charges us and any brokerage fees incurred.
Countries We Don't Ship To
We ship most products to most countries, however, there are certain countries that our insurance provider will not cover. If you do not see your country on the drop-down menu on our shipping calculator it means that we cannot ship to you. If you have ordered from us previously and no longer see your country listed on the menu please contact our sales department for special instructions.
Please note that international shipping time frames vary depending on carrier. First Class Mail International and Priority Mail International usually take 2 weeks, however, the USPS does allow up to 6 weeks for international delivery. FedEx typically takes 1-2 weeks depending on how quickly the shipment clears customs.
All international orders take an additional 5-7 business days to process even if you choose the "rush processing" option.
In an attempt to prevent fraud we usually need written (emailed) verification of international orders. Please be on the lookout for an email from our company requesting order confirmation. In some cases we may need proof of the credit card being used. These policies are in place to protect the customer so we ask for your patience and understanding.
Some countries prohibit the import of certain items. Please check your country’s import laws before placing an order with us.
